What we collect

When you submit a form (valuation, home search or contact), we receive your name, email, phone, any property address and your message. It is used only to reply and follow up your enquiry, based on consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time.

Storage and sharing

Enquiries are stored only as long as needed to follow up. If you engage us, the Real Estate Agency Act, Anti-Money Laundering Act and Bookkeeping Act also apply. Data is shared only with processors who run the website and email.

Cookies

The website sets no tracking or marketing cookies. We use a simple, technical visit counter without cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and data portability, and may complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
